say no to negativity
We don't always have to be super happy, but there is no need to go down the rabbit hole of negative thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself spiraling down, literally catch yourself. Give yourself a pep talk, treat your thoughts as something apart from you, and tell that voice in your head that "yes but..." to pipe down. List things you are grateful for, and keep listing them no matter how big or small until you feel better. Let's say no to negativity!
